A fine example of jewelry, this brooch carries a symbol found everywhere in the Old Lands, often cast in golden material - almost certainly the mark of an especially powerful kingdom that ruled over a large part of the territory. Brooches like this one were probably worn by queens and noblewomen on special occasions.
