Astronomical Disc

This large object, serving no apparent purpose, was first classified as a pedestal by early scholars. Further analysis of its circular structure has recently led to a different theory: it may have been a device used to trace the movement of the stars, either manually or optically. Other discs of this kind have been found, though none as well preserved.
